Hi Snshnsu, I'm not sure what's the meaning of >>disconnect Pivot Tables from the same source. Hi Emi- Sorry I posted this question again - I didn't see your reply last night. Here's what I do on the PC. I press alt-D-P when inserting the second pivot table, which is based on the same source as the first pivot table. This brings up the legacy pivot table wizard. At step 3, I click 'No' which states 'If you click No, the two reports will be separate'. This allows me to have 2 pivot tables, based on a single source - that I am able to group differently, format differently, etc.
